elbow strike ... rub side. don't have arm swing around too much. use when inside fighting. boom. one-two (elbow then punch with other side) hips, then shoulders
redirects --- step off to one side
chin grab ... push chin down and around. lead them arond. boom. turn head.
triangle... keep their arm tight, put it under my armpit.

one ... the guillotine part. keep elbow in sanchin as move upwards.
another. the circle block -> shuto (neck strike)
like a tiger... hands up, claw out sharply, pull them in
when punching, 3 quick shokens. when pulling a bow... bow hand forward, other hand pulls arrow back.
slide forward, leave right hand where it is. fall into the set. then punch. rather than taking a step each time. interesting. leave your hand where it was (don't pull back) but bring your body forward. then punch when it is set.
