they set, you move and set. repeat.

rock and roll. move (rock) then hit (roll).
hit the bag... reach out and touch. touch. touch. step. touch.
quick front kick to stop them. to inner thigh. quick blast.
slide up back leg, kick with front. get some extra space.
need hands and legs both... they punch, block both and kick.
pull off to side and kick.
be sure you are set when you attack... ready to go.
like a coiled spring, ready to go. not like a loose spring, which must be coiled then released.
like ice skating... push off back leg.
